On the altitude of 1800 to 2400 meter above sea level and on the way between sana'a
the capital city of yemen and al Hodaydah Port there is al Masna'a village which have
al Makhlafi family farm.
With a very unique location in the mountain Mr. Mohammed ali al makhlafi was
blessed with having a water well source for his irrigation system for the farm which is
considering a something rare in Yemen since one of the most challenging strugels that
all the farmers are facing there is the lake of water.
This coffee is a pilot project that have been implanted for the first time in yemen by
fermenting the coffee in tanks and shadow drying them and the result was really impressive
