Bener Meriah is the origin of the most significant Arabica production in Indonesia. This highland region has an elevation of 1100 to 1500 meters above sea level, producing various flavor characters.
The harvest season starts at the end of October, and until the end of June is the harvest timeline from low to high altitude elevations.
In this process, the coffee beans are soaked for up to 2 hours then dried evenly under the sun for 3 days after encapsulating the seeds until the parchment skin opens up. This way allows a more efficient and speedy harvest process but still serves authentic coffee taste.
