La Danta

La Danta is a lot that has been exclusively product with the harvest from three plots cultivated with only Bourbon and Caturra, those plots are located right next to the forest on the edge of La Bolsa estate and some coffee plants are growing well into the forest itself.
The name la Danta comes from one of the animals most diffused in the area and it populates the forests surrounding the farm, the animal we are referring to is the tapir, he is highly regarded and protected by local community because he is considered the gardener of the forest, he is herbivorous and helps keeping clean the forests clean.
