Adado is in the area Dilla Zuria woreda 7km east away from Dilla town and located at 2100 masl, This specific station gets most of its cherries from 400 farmers the surrounding mountains, and farmers often deliver their cherries to the station.
Hand picked and sorted red cherries, which were then laid out on 130 raised beds with the cherry still intact, where it was dried slowly up to 3 to 4 weeks to control the quality of the coffee .
