"Mauricio Salaverra grew up as a coffee farmer from a young age now, he owns five small coffee farms and also owns a production processing plant under his supervision.
Pacamara, Bourbon, Pacas and Mara Catturra are the most famous varieties of coffee grown in
his farms Eldon Louis Caceres Mauricio's grandfather , had foreshadowed the quality of his 150 hectares and about the idea of
using it for coffee plantation
Nowadays , the coffee produced by this farm has not disappointed Don's confidence on
it ,and has been and remains the best of El Salvador
This cascara is made from the skins of Pacamara varietal cherries.
